You can see the latest version of our calendar in the online booking system. If you only want to rent one room, you can enter it directly in the calendar yourself, please always log in.

All bookings are only valid with written confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation, your booking has not gone through the system or you have not completed it, please book again.

If cancelled/changed within 72 hours before the booked date, 50% of the rental fee is payable, if cancelled/changed within 24 hours, 100% of the rental fee is payable.

Cancellation within 1 week of booking 3+ hours is 50% of the rental fee, cancellation within 72 hours is 100% of the rental fee.

Cancellation policy is different for Christmas decorations, please read before booking!

When booking, you have the option to choose our flexible rate, which is +3000 Ft per hour from the base rate. If you book at this price, you can change your appointment once without payment even during the cancellation period. The flexible rate is payable in advance and will be invoiced after booking. The flexible price can be changed 1x at any time, but cannot be cancelled. Each additional modification is 2000Ft/per booking.

If not modified/cancelled and the rental is cancelled, the full amount will be invoiced.

Our studio is waiting for an assistant colleague to rent the space. If you have any questions about renting, please ask her. They will help you with the studio lights, handing out triggers. As we are not a technical studio, our colleagues are not photographic assistants, they cannot provide professional assistance, if you need it, please use our lighting assistance service.

The rental is only valid for the number of people and usage specified, if you arrive with a higher number of people or shoot alongside the photography, the rental fee will be automatically charged at the prices specified on the website.

If you wish to shoot in our studio, please contact us in any case. Our spaces are not soundproofed so before making any such bookings, please come for a site visit and make sure our studio is suitable for your plans. The level of soundproofing varies from space to space.

The reservation is for the space you have indicated. Please respect that you will not use rooms that you have not booked. If you would like to take photos in another room that is free at the time, please let the colleague present know, we will check the calendar and adjust the price for you accordingly.

The studio will open 10 minutes before the first renter. Your rental is for the whole hour. We will try to deliver the space on time and ask you not to stop taking photos at all times, as the space must be available at all times.

You can enter through the open blue gate and then follow the dotted line to enter the studio on foot.

There is parking space for 3 cars inside the premises, please park only in the designated parking space, if there is no space inside, you can park comfortably on the street!

The street is a pay zone (300 Ft/hour from 8-18 hours, code 3087).

Please hand over the space in the same way as you received it, and our colleagues will help you to put back the smaller items.

In the event of any damage to the studio equipment, the hirer will be liable for compensation. We are entitled to invoice you for any damage caused.

You will be notified of major design changes to our studios in the confirmation emails, it is worth a read. You can read about Christmas construction and demolition in a section on the website. There are minor changes that occur between seasonal changes, but these never change the style of the room.

We cannot accept responsibility for items left with us. If we find anything we will put it away and keep it for 2 months, after which we will drop it off at a donation shop.

The numbers include make-up, photographer, cinematographer and other assistants. In case of booking a separate make-up area, the make-up artist is of course not included in the number of photographers.

If there will be more than 9 people for the shoot, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare. For larger numbers, a workshop price or more rooms will be required.

Studio per room cannot be rented for mini shoots. If you are changing by the hour, please let our receptionist know on the day.

In our studio we have 2×2 make-up rooms. One is for the studio’s resident make-up artists and the other you will be able to rent.

The price of the make-up space is 3000Ft/hour. (One make-up table includes space.) You can book it independently in the calendars.

If you are coming with more than one make-up artist/hairdresser and need the other make-up area, please let us know separately. We will be able to book this for you.

When you have booked any of our resident make-up artists, the price for a make-up session is 1000Ft/hour.

A tiny dressing room has been set up in the studio in case you need to get dressed before the shoot. During the shoot, please use the studio for this purpose. You can wait at the reception.

NDustrialStudios is primarily a sunlight studio, with 9 floor to ceiling windows and several other windows on the 2nd floor. Some spaces have windows on the corridor side to allow light to flood all rooms.

The studio is surrounded by sunlight. 2 of our spaces have windows from 3 cardinal points.

Atrium and Cascade are south facing, Tiara has east, south and west windows, Skandi south, west and north. WallStreet is north, east and MiniMe is east facing. Sites that are south facing are sandblasted or have curtains.

The studio also has flashes and fixed lights, the use of which is included in the rent. One set per room is available.

As we are not a technical studio, our staff are not photographic assistants and cannot provide professional assistance.

Our studio is dog and pet friendly, but we do have some requests if you come to us with a dog.

For dog photography, the rental time is 50 minutes to allow time for airing and vacuuming before the next renter. If more than two dogs come into the space (during the total booking time, i.e. whether the dogs are models and take turns or families with dogs come one after the other) then we need to rent the space for an extra hour to vacuum and air out.

In addition, please bring something to wipe their feet with in case of rainy weather, their own blanket if they go on the furniture.

Please bring only housebroken and non-aggressive animals, as there are often several dogs and small children in the studio, so please watch out for each other.
