Loyalty Program  – Update 2026

In 2026, our loyalty program for frequent clients has been redesigned and expanded.

First, we are maintaining our Resident Card program, which has been running for over 5 years. This ensures the highly sought-after Christmas pre-booking opportunities for our loyal members.

• Tiers: Levels are still determined based on the total number of bookings.

• Annual Review: The annual summary is completed every February.

• Bonus Points: Photoshoots held outside the Christmas season count with double weight.

• Booking Tip: It is worth booking under your own name. However, if your model made the booking, our staff will be happy to transfer it to your account during the session.

• Charity: If you are not yet a cardholder but are looking for a venue for a charity project, please contact our studio managers.

New: “Click & Collect” Loyalty Card

Starting January 2026, we are expanding our rewards. While the Resident Card program continues with the benefits listed on our website, we are introducing the “Click & Collect” loyalty card. This allows frequent visitors to enjoy rewards throughout the year.

How it works:

• 6 Stamps: Get a free “re-shoot” (overtime/extension) option, which can be used for any session at any time.

• 12 Stamps: Get 1 hour of free studio rental.

• 1 stamp = 1 hour of booking.

Important Details:

• Stamps can be collected and used at both NDustrialStudios and Studio Madison.

• Please keep your card with you and request your stamp at the reception.

• Please note: We are unable to issue stamps retrospectively for past session
